Dear SSG member,

I thought it would be useful to let you know what we have published during
the last SSG year in case you have missed downloading anything:

In September, the later years of William Borrett Scaife (1853-1876
specifically) were examined and this is at
http://www.scaifestudygroup.org.uk/node/1028 [1]

Also in September, Part 3 of the Skaifes of Hornby was published "The loom
goes click and the loom goes clack". This is at
http://www.scaifestudygroup.org.uk/node/648 [2]

In December, I produced a further analysis of the E3b haplogroup,
specifically from the viewpoint of the Mowbray line. I would welcome any
feedback on this which is at http://www.scaifestudygroup.org.uk/node/1029 [3]

Finally, in May, The Scaifes of Allerton Mauleverer and Cliffe Hall was
published. It has been something of a bonanza year for research of Catholic
Scaifes which are notoriously difficult to trace. This case study on how one
can do this can be read at http://www.scaifestudygroup.org.uk/node/1030 [4]

We are at that time of year again when renewals are due. If you have not
already yet done so, please visit http://www.scaifestudygroup.org.uk/node/377
[5] should you wish to renew your subscription.

Best Wishes

Bernard
