Muriel Mary Regisa Callow Scaife's book, "The Scaife Family - Notes Historical and Traditional," was published in 1925 and is widely regarded as one of the core texts for the Scaife researcher. It is available for examination in most of the copyright libraries of the UK. Muriel was descended from the Brampton Scaifes.
